Exchange Policy

Online Product Defect Exchange Policy:

 

We take pride in our product! If you feel you have received a defective product please email or contact us within 24hours of receiving your package. The customer service representative will provide the customer with instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. Please note that perming, coloring, lifting, rinsing, cutting or removing the hair from the weft or seal will VOID the product defect exchange policy. The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping fees. If The Bundle Bar verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, The Bundle Bar will then exchange or replace the item. If the customer selects a product of greater value then what was originally ordered, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item.

 

Exchanges:

From time to time, The Bundle Bar, at its sole discretion may exchange products or portions of a product under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 24 hours of receiving the goods

  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be permitted.

  • The merchandise must be returned/exchanged in its original state. We will not accept any hair pieces that have been worn or used, have loosened curls, have visible tangles, have visible hair products, have been bleached, or colored, chemically processed, emits odors, the wefts have been cut into pieces or hair length or volume is trimmed by cutting.

  • The merchandise is damaged

  • Pieces of the product are missing (I.E Tags, seals or original packaging)

 

 

In-Store Exchange Policy:

 

Yes, we are pleased to offer an exchange policy on unopened, unworn or un-tampered with hair extensions within 24 hours of purchase. We are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer however we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges only on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with!

We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair extensions. Everyone is not a colorist or a specialist at coloring hair extensions.

All of The Bundle Bar’s hair extensions must be returned in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or an exchange will not be issued. Virgin Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product, therefore, we do not offer exchanges if The Bundle Bar’s hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

The Bundle Bar has the right to refuse the exchange of any items based on the following reasons:

  • Request is made after 24 hours of purchasing

  • Product must be exchanged for something of equal or lesser value. No refunds will be permitted.
